Engaging with services that can provide certifications such as HIPPA, SOC2 or other privacy/data security certs and displaying these clearly. Hiring a privacy and technology data lawyer be a great start and doing a privacy impact assessment before you build the technology so you understand what needs to be covered and know how to communicate that effectively to your users/customers.
